 Design & Development Process

1.  Consultation & Briefing: We gather all required content, branding and instructions for the design brief.

2.  Design and Development Phase: We develop a draft/mock-up site with your chosen layouts and design preferences.

3. Review & Testing: You review the site, request any changes and revisions.

4. Final Approval: After we have made the appropriate revisions we will seek final approval and payment/

5.  Launch: We take your site live and hand over the login credentials. You can request us to remain as an administrator to help with site maintenance and tech support for one year.

 Revisions Policy

• Up to 2 major revisions (e.g. layout, structure, style)

• Plus 5 minor adjustments (e.g. copy edits, image swaps, spacing tweaks)

• Additional revisions or new features beyond scope of the original agreement will be quoted separately.

 Payment Terms

•  A non-refundable deposit is required before work can commence. The deposit amount for a custom website will be stipulated in the Fee Agreement.

• Upon delivery of the first draft, 50% of the total cost will be due with the remaining 50% due upon completion and/or final approval. 

• All custom website orders are non-refundable once development begins

 Project Timeline

• Standard timeline is usually between 2–4 weeks, however this will largely depend on the complexity of the project, timely instructions and content submission by the Client.

• Larger websites with more content or features may take longer — we’ll advise early on if the project will take longer.​​
